Enhanced local storage integration to remember the current set and fetch the selected project, improving user session continuity.

- Invitation and Notification Management: Added functionality to resend invitations along with the necessary backend support through thunks. Improved the management of lastSent updates for all types of invitations to ensure accurate tracking and notifications.
